SAMR




Substitution Augmentation Modification Redefinition Model offers a method of using computer technology and impact in teaching and learning. Even though SAMR is used primary in the classrooms. This method can still be utilized for communicators in the workplace. It can help them learn new ways and models to form their teachings. All workplace have meetings, quarterly company requirements, and employees monthly reviews. This is one method that should be considered, even it's not being considered as a good method for training.

SAMR is a tool that can be utilized for communicators and workplace training. "is a framework for selecting, using, and evaluating technology in education. Though traditionally applied to technologies that students directly use, we wondered if we could use the model as a guide to think about the work teachers do before and after teaching." (Macdonald, 2018). Today most or all of job training is through the computers with e-learning. During the usage of SAMR communicators can document the progress of educational learning through technology. This method can be beneficial to the company because communicators can use different forms of communication to help their teaching.
